Leap Forward. 3 months in person with your organization.

I step into organizations and shepherd conversations, action plans, self-awareness, and the reigniting of purpose in service of a clear mission, on Day One. From Day One through Month One, we identify your change signals to run forward, fast. We play games, dialogue, and otherwise foment interaction with each other to unlock a deeper understanding and implications of change that is either here, is coming, or has happened recently.

During Month Two, we take a deep, multi-layered recognition of the change and its implications, and shuttle into the Opportunity Mindset. Emotions can release, and this is a good thing. We acknowledge our emotions in the mirror, and internalize how they fuel us, hinder our view, or distort us from our goals. There is a bounty of tools to translate this into action. Every moment is a chance for each person, individually and collectively, to realize and deliver change.

During the final month, we flow through change as ongoing. The world is constantly in motion, so is your organization, and so is your team’s orbit. We identify the signature of resilience, among other factors that can get organizations on the right path. Stalling is not an option, but moving forward can be a lot of fun.
